We use subscriber only tools such as Lexis-Nexis (www.nexis.com) and OneSource (www.onesource.com), leaders in the business to business contact databases.

We also use JetNet, an industry leading database which allows us to pinpoint corporate aircraft owners in specific geographies down to a single airport identifier.

We pay for these databases and you get the benefits.

Western Aviation runs our own fax and e-mail servers; our staff of sales representatives, receptionists, and researchers allow us to best serve the needs of our clients based on their individual requirements. We address you needs and respect your confidentiality.

Western Aviation has pioneered the coordination of Shared Ownership opportunities.

We know that fractional ownership is indeed a big trend; we also know that it is very expensive and the limitations to selling your ownership are deal killers in many cases. If someone needs an aircraft anywhere in the world within 4 hours, this is the way to go.

Western Aviation focuses on a regional approach to connect buyers and sellers who share similar aircraft needs. Pilots, hangar, maintenance, and insurance are all accounted for in the Shared Ownership. It a very attractive option for all parties. The aircraft is put into an LLC and each owner buys a piece of the LLC.

The aircraft is available on a first-come/first-serve basis that works in the majority of cases. The owners have no problem paying for a much more realistic reflection of the aircraft time they actually use.

In respect to this opportunity, we seek to sell each share of your aircraft (each share represents multiple marketing opportunities) for a negotiated commission.

We gather photos, specifications (continually updated), and copies of agreements once our broker agreement has been concluded. This information is used to market the shared ownership and quickly leverage your aviation opportunities.
